CDK Appointment provides yours customers the convenience of scheduling a service appointment anytime, anywhere. A customizable user interface and a mobile-friendly responsive design provides the same great experience for your customers regardless of the device. They begin their online appointment as a guest or returning customer making it even easier to get started. Once they have selected a day and time, your customers can choose to add the service appointment to their personal calendar. When an appointment is created online, it’s immediately integrated into your CDK Drive DMS and CDK Lane.

There are several additional reports, including an Appointment Summary that provides insight into who scheduled the appointments and how the appointments are getting scheduled (online, first appointment…) and a First Appointment report which allows you to see how many deals were made and the first appointments scheduled for those deals.
